New 10 Ft Ganja Plant album Spring 2011!
First of all, we’re very excited to announce that we ‘re in the studio working on our next album! We’ve got a few special guests… the one and only Sylford Walker cut some stuff for us over in Jamaica after seeing our blogpost about his “Lamb’s Bread” album, and Winston Watson of the Meditations met up with us in the studio to lay down some tracks. Our new album should be out Spring 2011! Stay tuned for more details!
We’re on Dubber Side of the Moon
10 Ft. Ganja Plant is also going to be on the Dubber Side of the Moon compilation with a re-mix of “On the Run”. It’ll be available Oct 26 on Easy Star Records and also features Adrian Sherwood, Mad Professor, Scientist, Dubmatix and many other great artists…
“Deliver Us Jah” featured in the film Rocksteady
Our track “Deliver Us Jah” from Bass Chalice is featured in the new independent film Rocksteady, which premieres tomorrow at the Woodstock film festival. Rocksteady is a coming of age story set against the world of dirt track stock car racing in rural New York featuring a reggae soundtrack and acting and musical performances by Grammy award-winner, Steel Pulse.

Lastly, one of our crew (we cannot name who, since we’re a band of mystery) is currently in the studio producing a few tracks with Sierra Leone Refugee All Stars.
