All 10 Ft. Ganja Plant Store orders are fulfilled by Attitude Mailorder.
If you would like to change your order, please email orders@10ftganjaplant.com ASAP. If your order hasn not been shipped yet, we can make the changes. If it has already been shipped, unfortunately we cannot change any part of your order. You will have to make an exchange.
- Our shopping cart is powered by PayPal. PayPal accepts payments by MasterCard, Visa, Amex & Discover. Your order will come up as ATTITUDE MAILORDER on your Credit Card Statement. You do not have to be a PayPal member to use our shopping cart. Please visit PayPal for more detailed information on their terms & conditions.
- We currently do not accept orders by mail or phone and do not accept checks or money orders.
- An 8.875 % sales tax is applied to all orders from New York State.
- All items in the 10 Ft. Ganja Plant Store are shipped by USPS First Class or Media Mail. You may purchase USPS Priority Mail Shipping (US Only) for an additional $5.00 per order here.
Shipping rates within the Continental United States are as follows:

- If you would prefer to use a different shipping method, please email us at orders@10ftganjaplant.com immediately after you order and we will calculate the actual shipping cost of your preferred method and invoice you accordingly.
- All prices are in US Dollars. We ship worldwide via USPS Economy.

- RETURNS: We only accept returns on damaged, defective or incorrectly shipped items. We will resend your order. We do not give credit or refunds. Email us at orders@10ftganjaplant.com within 15 days of day of shipment. Original shipping & handling fees cannot be returned. You will be issued store credit for return shipping costs for returns.
- EXCHANGES: We can only exchange unopened items. Email us at orders@10ftganjaplant.com within 15 days of day of shipment. Original shipping & handling fees cannot be returned. You will be responsible for return shipping costs for exchanges.

- What you ordered
- Reason for return/exchange
- If your return or exchange is approved, we will issue you a Return/Exchange Authorization Number. Please keep this number.
- Pack your items in a sturdy package. Enclose a copy of the original invoice with your Return/Exchange Authorization Number written clearly on it. Also mark the outside of your package with the Return/Exchange Authorization Number

- We supply all full album digital downloads as 320 kbps MP3s packaged in zip files that also include jpgs of the album’s cover art. We currently do not provide any other digital music formats and do not supply individual track downloads. All of our digital downloads are DRM-free, however the audio is protected by all applicable copyright laws.
- A link to download your purchase(s) will be included in your purchase receipt, which will be emailed to you at the email address you provide during check out. You will also be taken to a transaction page that includes a link to download your purchase(s) after you complete a successful payment .
- Full albums are packaged for you to download in the .zip format. This allows you to download multiple MP3′s as one file. Windows Vista, XP, and 2000 provide .zip software. Windows XP and Vista machines allow you to right-click on a .zip file and “Extract all”. If you are on an older version of Windows and don’t have a zip program like Winzip installed, you can try the free utility “7Zip” here: http://www.7-zip.org/. On a Mac the “Stuffit” or “MacZIP” utilities should be available and will extract .zip files.
- There is a maximum of 3 download attempts per purchase. Please back up your purchases. We are not responsible if you delete your purchase or if your hard drive or computer malfunctions, etc. All sales are final. Please make sure what you have added to your order is correct before you complete the transaction. No refunds on digital downloads.
